In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "117jl" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the 117jl online casino platform operated at https://117jl.net and all associated services, games, payment systems, and support channels.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 117jl platform in any capacity.

• You must provide a valid, active mobile number registered in the Philippines (Globe or Smart) for account verification and two-factor authentication purposes.
• You must provide a valid email address that you actively control.
• You must not use a name, address, or identity that belongs to another person.
• You must not use virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions during registration or at any point of platform use.

117jl reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason, and to close any account where registration information is subsequently found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent. In such cases, any account balance may be subject to forfeiture depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 117jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

117jl will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any channel other than the official 117jl login page. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to 117jl support immediately.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your 117jl account and must not reuse passwords from other online services.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if prompted to do so by the platform, and are strongly encouraged to do so proactively from your account security settings.
• You must notify 117jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.

In the event a deposit is credited to your account in error — whether due to a technical fault or processing mistake — you must notify 117jl immediately. Funds deposited in error remain the property of 117jl and may be reversed from your balance at any time.

Withdrawal requests from 117jl are subject to the following conditions:

• Account Verification: Your 117jl account must be fully verified — including identity verification via a valid Philippine government-issued ID and payment method confirmation — before your first withdrawal request is approved. 117jl may request additional documentation at any time as required by applicable regulations or internal risk assessment procedures.

All bonuses are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific promotion terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters specific to that promotion; these Terms & Conditions govern in all other respects.

• Bonuses are issued as non-withdrawable bonus credits unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms.
• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap applicable to each bonus are stated in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 117jl reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus — and any associated winnings — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, use of low-risk or balanced betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and collusion with other players.
• Bonuses not claimed within the promotional validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• 117jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to players who have not yet claimed the promotion.

• Game outcomes on 117jl are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of real game elements conducted under regulated studio conditions. 117jl does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or software fault — the affected game round may be voided and the wager for that round refunded to your account balance. The decision of 117jl in such circumstances is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 117jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and/or referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering an account for fraudulent purposes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known exploits are subject to immediate reversal.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings generated from the disputed deposit.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 117jl support staff or other players via any platform communication channel.

117jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered 117jl players from within the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a mandatory 24-hour review period when increased.

• You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 117jl content without prior written authorization from 117jl.
• You must not use any 117jl trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion, suggest endorsement, or damage the reputation of the 117jl brand.
• Unauthorized scraping, data mining, or automated collection of any information from the 117jl platform is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 117jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where the player failed to maintain adequate account security or shared credentials with a third party.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, regulatory action, or circumstances beyond 117jl's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 117jl platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal platform use. By using 117jl, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable outcome of participation.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information, game tips, betting strategies, or promotional communications that do not constitute a binding contractual commitment by 117jl.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 117jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by 117jl's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Either party may terminate the player-platform relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your 117jl account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after any pending wagering obligations are resolved.
• 117jl-Initiated Suspension: 117jl may suspend your account temporarily pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or regulatory concern. During suspension, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay are disabled.
• 117jl-Initiated Closure: 117jl may permanently close your account where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed, where regulatory requirements mandate closure, or where continued account operation presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or to other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, account balances may be withheld pending investigation and potential forfeiture.

Termination of your account does not affect any obligations or liabilities that accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to 117jl's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of formal written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or to such regulatory dispute resolution mechanism as may be prescribed by PAGCOR or other applicable Philippine regulatory authority.

117jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 117jl will notify registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by regulatory directive or to address a security concern.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the 117jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
